In accordance with Indiana Code § 14-22-6-16, the act of using a drone for carcass recovery supersedes the acts defined by the definition of “take” in §14-22-6-16 as you are using a drone to recover for a person who has already hunted or taken the deer, and you reasonably believe the game to be dead.

It is unadvised to fly a drone during severe and inclement weather conditions. With that being said, as weather often changes, there may be several windows of opportunity to quickly deploy our drone during any given 24 hour period.
